customer information is used soley by ArtReach Children's Theatre Plays.
SECURITY:
The information we collect is confidential, secure and protected. It
is used only to process customer orders and it is not shared with or
provided to any other websites, companies or organizations for any
purposes. Online transactions with personal customer
information are processed via a secure server link (SSL) to our
certified hosting service, StoreSecured.com (HTTPS secure link).
EMAILS:
We automatically send emails for customer registration, order
confirmation and shipment notification. We occasionally send
new product announcements and customer newsletters, though customers
can easily unsubscribe to these occasional emails at any time.
We do not send unsolicited, unrelated spam nor do we provide customer
email addresses to any other party other that our email service, iContact.com.
COOKIES:
We use cookies to store customer preferences and to record session
information such as items added to the shopping cart.
ADVERTISING:
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad
server websites or advertising companies. We do advertise on
Internet search engine services such as Google.com, but we do not
share or provide any customer information to these services.
RETURNS
/ REFUNDS: We strive for 100%
customer satisfaction and will promptly replace any damaged,
incorrect, incomplete or otherwise unusable item(s) free of charge.
All sales of
scripts, guides and soundtracks are non-returnable, non-refundable.
We provide free samples on our website and we are available (phone or
email) to answer questions before placing orders. Full production
scripts may be purchased on a perusal basis for only $9.95 before
ordering a production package.
We are usually
willing to exchange a production package for another, more suitable,
play title if the need arises. Please feel free to contact us to
discuss your particular situation.
Royalties for
cancelled performances will be refunded only if we are notified at
least 15 days prior to the planned performances. Royalties will not
be refunded for cancellations due to low turnout, low sales,
technical issues or other unforseen circumstances.
Shipping &
handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to
purchase the downloadable versions of our products to avoid shipping charges.
