The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Washington Irving's spooky Halloween classic, is a kid-friendly script, presented with all the thrills, chills and laughs that keep young audiences on the edge of their seats. A cast of three (or more) actors does it all. They tell Washington Irving's story - from Ichabod's courtship with Katrina to the inevitable frightening conclusion.
"This classic tale is an evening of mystery, laughter, and just the right touch of Halloween spirit. It's the perfect way to celebrate the season. A PHENOMENAL show!"

The storybook tale revolves around the famous characters--the bumbling, awkward school teacher, Ichabod Crane, the coquettish Katrina and Ichabod's brutish rival, Brom Bones.
The family-friendly script by Kathryn Schultz Miller is delightfully fast-paced with plenty of twists and turns. Audiences will visit a tavern, schoolhouse, singing lesson, farmhouse, marketplace and a scary walk through a covered bridge. As Miller reminds us, this is a friendly play, not to be taken too seriously. Be prepared for a fun evening!
Dr. Laurie McBride, Itawamba Community College MS"The script is quick and lively."

"The script is written for stage but we have a great back drop at the Old Mill," says Broadway RFD Director Tyler Johnson. "The outdoor setting and the live horse really make it unique to what you'd find in a theater. It's fun around Halloween because its spooky but not scary, and it's novel because it's not what you'd normally get in a sit-down show." Broadway RFD at Old Mill Museum, Dundee, MI
"Simple to stage and popular with audiences due to plenty of comedy!"
Rachel King, Spotlites Theatre, Kent, UK"The Headless Horseman will - literally - ride through town."
